While many of my sessions are virtual, I also see clients in person. Previously I worked in Pacifica. Beginning in September 2022 I will be in the Mission District in San Francisco.
Eco-Therapy
Nature has abundent benefits for the mind and spirit. In some cases, we may meet for what is known as walk-and-talk therapy. Please be aware that this is not clinically appropriate for everyone.
Fees
My fees are commensurate with other psychotherapy providers in the Bay Area. I do not accept insurance at this time but can provide Superbills — this is a detailed invoice that your insurance company can use to reimburse you if you have coverage for out-of-network mental health benefits.
